- Expect hands on learning with breakout activities, rich discussions, and creative tools.

- All participants will receive a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® kit, and The Squiggly Mindfulness Toolkit by post, to support playful exploration and ongoing integration.

- 10 digital well-being worksheets.

- We'll also explore practical ways to connect with organisations and position your services to land impactful workshops and programmes, helping you coach, facilitate, and lead with well-being at the core.
